Who we are
Steve Shaw is a software professional with a strong focus on predictable and sustainable delivery of software projects. He has over twenty years of experience in leading teams of varying sizes in consulting and product environments. Hands-on Java technical skills combined with strong leadership and organizational skills provide a unique consulting perspective to get teams to the next level.
Steve has worked with a wide range of companies during his career. He's developed software for Fortune 500 companies and led small teams in start-up environments. He has successfully guided engineering organizations through due diligence reviews during acquisition and funding rounds. He specializes in bridging the gap between what the business side wants and what the development team is able to provide.
